McLean Neuropsychiatric Treatment Center is a physician-led private practice dedicated to helping patients with treatment-resistant depression (TRD). We offer advanced treatments including TMS, intranasal esketamine, IV/IM ketamine, and comprehensive medication management. We are seeking a full-time psychiatrist to join our growing team and help shape the future of TRD care in Northern Virginia. In this role, you will: Lead comprehensive TRD evaluations for new patients (60-minute intakes). Provide ongoing medication management for patients with complex depression and other psychiatric conditions. Supervise mid-level providers (NPs and PAs) who conduct follow-ups and support TMS/esketamine care. Collaborate with a highly skilled team of clinicians, technicians, and administrators. This role is ideal for a psychiatrist who wants to take ownership of high-acuity patient care and guiding a team that is deeply committed to patient recovery. Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (flexible for some remote work) Protected lunch hour 1:1 support from clinical and administrative staff Modern clinic space with 10 esketamine treatment rooms and a TMS suite Strong patient volume and established referral base Competitive salary: $300,000 annually, with growth potential Paid time off and CME allowance Malpractice insurance provided Qualifications
MD or DO with board certification/eligibility in psychiatry Unrestricted Virginia medical license (or ability to obtain) Interest in advanced treatments for depression (training provided in TMS/esketamine/ketamine) Experience supervising mid-level providers preferred Dedication to compassionate, evidence-based care Why Join Us?
