Overview
Suncoast Skin Solutions is looking for an experienced and passionate Dermatologist with knowledge in all areas of general dermatology to join our busy and expanding practice. We are seeking a Board-Certified Dermatologist who can treat patients with a variety of skin conditions, ranging from acute to chronic and benign to malignant. The ideal candidate has experience using diagnostic techniques to identify diseases and implement appropriate treatments.
Responsibilities
Provide patient care as a Board-Certified Dermatologist with the ability to diagnose and treat a broad range of skin conditions.
Collaborate with staff to improve patient outcomes and communicate important health information effectively and compassionately.
Educate patients on preventive care techniques and tailor treatments to individual patient needs.
Track and maintain patients\' records regularly and work with an EMR system.
Adhere to state laws and regulations and maintain HIPAA and OSHA compliance.
Demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and ownership of performance impact on the company\'s success.
Serve in a collaborative Supervising Physician role as needed.
Demonstrate manual dexterity, attention to detail, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
Work with patients of various ages, ethnicities, and cultures.
Qualifications
Must be a Board-Certified Physician in Dermatology.
Active State of Florida License.
Must have a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) or Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) in Dermatology from an approved university.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to empathize with patients.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Manual dexterity and an eye for detail.
Great knowledge of procedures for handling confidential information.
Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the company\'s success.
Team player with good time-management skills and strong interpersonal skills.
