About The Role Chief of Staff at Heliux will be directly responsible for leading business operations, running strategic projects, and supporting customer deployments. Responsibilities
Manage internal business functions across accounting, financial planning, recruiting operations, human resources, revenue operations, and more. Drive strategic projects from start to finish with an extreme sense of urgency. Examples may include security compliance, fundraising support, pricing strategy, etc. Support customer implementations from contracting, through deployments, and to successful system go-lives. Relentlessly solve any and all problems that stand in the way of company objectives—and therefore, our success. About You
Proven experience standing up, managing, and continuously improving cross-functional business operations in ambiguous environments. Demonstrated proficiency in fundamentals of a software/technology business, including deployment operations, financial modeling, revenue operations, etc. Rapid career advancement in startups, management consulting, investment banking, or private equity. Inherent desire to operate with extreme levels of urgency across all aspects of life and work. What We Offer
