Senior Product Manager, AI Security – HackerOne. Remote Location: Seattle, WA; San Francisco Bay Area; Austin, TX; Boston, MA; or Washington, DC. HackerOne is seeking an exceptional Product Manager to spearhead the development of our AI Security product portfolio. As the owner of AI Security products, you will shape the future of securing AI/ML systems and define and deliver innovative solutions addressing emerging AI-specific threats. This is a strategic role covering the entire product lifecycle from ideation and strategy to execution and go-to-market. What You Will Do
Drive strategy and execution for our AI Red Teaming offerings. Develop and maintain a multi-year product roadmap aligned with company objectives and the evolving AI threat landscape. Lead end-to-end product development for AI security solutions. Gather and synthesize inputs from internal stakeholders, our security researcher community, customers, and partners. Translate complex customer AI security challenges into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories in collaboration with Design, Engineering and Customer Operations. Collaborate with Product Marketing to launch and drive adoption of AI security products and features; act as a subject matter expert and evangelist for HackerOne's AI security solutions to customers, prospects, industry events, and internal teams. Maintain a deep understanding of AI advancements, AI security research, and related offerings to identify opportunities and keep HackerOne at the forefront of innovation. Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of Product Management experience in tech/SaaS. Proven track record launching and scaling technical products with cross-functional leadership across R&D and go-to-market. Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies with direct PM experience in related fields (e.g., vulnerability management, penetration testing, application security). Strategic thinker who translates market trends and customer needs into a clear product vision and roadmap. Strong empathy for customers, with ability to gather and synthesize input to solve security challenges. Outstanding communication and collaboration skills; able to build consensus with internal and external stakeholders. Experience using data and metrics to inform product decisions and measure success. Experience leading product development in cloud services. Passion for cybersecurity aligned with HackerOne’s mission to empower a safer internet. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus. Domain experience with security research/red teaming, penetration testing, and bug bounty programs. Strong understanding of AI concepts and AI security frameworks, tools, and best practices. Compensation and Benefits
San Francisco: $160K – $200K; Seattle, Austin, DC, Boston: $144K – $180K. Offers Equity.
