Associate Endodontist

to join our thriving, well-established endodontic practice in

Wilmington, Delaware . This position comes with a

clear path to take over for two partner doctors

who are planning to retire.

70% fee-for-service and 30% insurance , supporting strong earnings and a high degree of clinical autonomy. This is an outstanding opportunity to step into a mature practice with significant patient demand and mentorship from two experienced partners during the transition.

A team-oriented endodontist with a strong commitment to patient care

Willingness to become licensed in the state of Delaware (DE dental license required prior to start)

Requirements The doctor needs to hold a DDS or DMD degree and be certified in Endodontics from ADA-accredited programs as well as a license in the state of Delaware.
