Overview

Duly Health and Care's Otolaryngology Department is seeking a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join our new state-of-the-art multi-specialty medical office building in Schaumburg, opening August 2025. The practice offers 100% general otolaryngology coverage in Schaumburg with access to a comprehensive, collaborative team and modern facilities. Responsibilities

Provide general otolaryngology care (diagnosis and management of ENT conditions) in a 100% general otolaryngology setting. Collaborate with a team of 15 otolaryngologists and 5 physician assistants. Adhere to a Monday–Friday schedule with one day per week in the operating room to start. Participate in call coverage (1:15), with calls at Edward Hospital and Central DuPage Hospital. Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology. Open to practicing physicians or candidates coming out of training. Committed to evidence-based medicine and delivering high-quality care. Compensation & Benefits

Anticipated base compensation range: $450,000–$500,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Potential total target cash compensation between $500,000–$675,000 with productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus.
