for our West Region, encompassing Illinois & Missouri. About Midwest Transit Equipment

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Director of Sales to develop and execute strategic sales plan to achieve company targets. Responsibilities
Supervise Regional Sales Managers in assigned area. Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Track actual performance against expectations and modifies strategies. Work with customers to better understand their needs and goals. Estimate sales volume and profit. Monitor performance against forecasts and implement adjustments as needed. Attend Trade Shows. Education and Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years Sales Management experience Bachelor's degree required Dealership sales experience preferred Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (or other email programs) Salesforce experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion in a timely manner. Benefits
