Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to help lead our HR initiatives, support our corporate and manufacturing team members, and foster a positive organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnering:
Serve as a strategic partner to business unit and manufacturing site leadership team, providing HR counsel and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and manufacturing operations.
Architect an HR experience that functions like a smart internal product – FAQs, dynamic onboarding experience, and frictionless performance management. Uplevel career pathing and align to learning and development pathways.
Talent Management & Development:
Develop and implement programs for talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and overall talent development to build a robust talent pipeline.
Lead onboarding, offboarding, and workforce planning within the corporate and manufacturing facilities.
Collaborate with leadership to identify training and development needs.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
Manage complex employee relations issues, ensure compliance with all labor laws and government regulations (e.g., OSHA), and act as the site\'s representative on employee matters.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Workforce Planning:
Develop and implement strategies for workforce planning and recruitment to ensure the site has the necessary talent for current and future needs.
Organizational Development:
Drive organizational effectiveness by aligning people, processes, and culture with business strategies, and implement cultural change initiatives. Treat people ops as a core service layer with internal SLAs, repeatable workflows, and performance dashboards that make the team\'s impact transparent and measurable.
HR Operations & Systems:
Establish and manage HR operational plans, oversee HR efficiency by tracking key metrics, and manage HR systems and data. Measure data metrics and KPIs such as time-to-hire, time-to-ramp, engagement feedback, and retention. Seek continuous improvement of these metrics.
Employee Engagement & Experience:
Cultivate a culture of extreme ownership and accountability that enables employees to do their best work. Create a space for positive employee experience by fostering collaboration and inspiring others.
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in human resource management, business, or equivalent is required; a master\'s degree or MBA is preferred.
Experience building or deploying internal tools/resources. A track record of driving cost-per-hire or time-to-hire via automation. A background in HR workflow creation, system designs, and dynamic metrics dashboards.
Experience
A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 7 years in a management role, with experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
