Architect and implement the CompanyOS: a cross-functional multi-agent system that automates workflows across Tech, Product, Ops, Finance, and HR

Design agent communication protocols using Redis Streams, pub/sub, or orchestration frameworks like LangGraph

Build agents that self-organize: plan tasks, delegate subtasks, adapt workflows, and learn over time

Implement persistent memory and context awareness so each agent understands long-term goals and interactions

Enable task auditing, failure recovery, and cross-agent coordination at scale

Optimize for extensibility and modularity so new departments, tools, and workflows plug in seamlessly

Multi-Agent System Responsibilities

You’ll lead the foundation of a deeply intelligent coordination layer across an entire company: Design a system where agents collaborate, not just execute; sharing intent, context, and task ownership

Build a reusable architecture that supports multi-step, multi-agent workflows with visibility and logging

Implement memory features that help agents recall past tasks, organizational goals, and role-specific nuances

Create fallback logic when agent plans fail. Gracefully reassign, retry, or escalate

Continuously improve agent behavior via feedback loops and workflow optimization

Technologies You Might Use

Agent Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, custom orchestration logic

Infrastructure: Python, Redis Streams, event buses, Docker, Postgres

Memory: Pinecone, Weaviate, Supabase, custom memory layers

Voice (bonus): Whisper, Google Speech-to-Text, Twilio

You Might Be a Fit If You

Have 3-5 years of backend or systems engineering experience, especially with AI/LLM systems

Have built or deployed multi-agent workflows that go beyond basic automation

Are fluent in Python and familiar with frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph

Understand how to build resilient, auditable systems that span business functions

Are excited by the idea of agents that think, coordinate, and improve not just execute

Bonus: you’ve worked on voice-enabled systems or conversational AI platforms
