Christus Trinity Clinic Anesthesiology is seeking 2 full-time Cardiovascular Anesthesiologists to join its well-established department of over 18 years in Tyler, TX. The ideal candidate will be a team player and enjoy working in a cohesive environment with experienced physicians and CRNAs. Whether you are coming out of training or an experienced physician looking for a change, this position offers the stability of being employed while delivering the autonomy to practice in beautiful East Texas. We are rapidly growing in all major service lines, including inpatient and outpatient surgery, GI endoscopy, electrophysiology, OB, pulmonary, radiology, and surgical oncology. Responsibilities/Call Schedule
We have 3 call groups: General, Pedi, and Cardiac. General call frequency is 1:16 (in-house). Shift is 2:30 PM – 7:00 AM with a post-call day off. BU (beeper) call and weekend call are also 1:16. Group size is 25+ physicians and 65+ CRNAs. Approximately 15% of cases are solo, and 85% involve medical direction with no medical supervision. We emphasize fair call, daily assignments, and production, with no cherry-picking of cases. We seek hardworking, flexible, fair, team-oriented, and positive physicians. Partial FTE options are available (0.5, 0.75, or 0.8). Compensation and Benefits
Excellent pay and benefits include: W-2 salary, generous paid vacation, paid malpractice, medical license, DEA fees, and dues. Benefits also cover health insurance, STD, LTD, life, dental, vision, retirement, and a generous CME allowance. Relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus are available.
