A Brief Overview Endeavor Health's NorthShore Hospitals Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences is an ideal environment for providers who value exceptional clinical care and care coordination. We offer a full range of inpatient and outpatient psychiatric services for children, adolescents, and adults. Our team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists deliver evidence-based care at 11 outpatient locations and 4 dedicated inpatient units.
What You Will Do
Establish a stimulating and varied outpatient psychiatry practice
focusing on Geriatric Psychiatry.
Inpatient and Outpatient Responsibilities:
Maintain an average of 30 bookable hours per week, combining both in-person and telehealth care, primarily serving the outpatient geriatric patient population.
Dedicate about 4 hours per week to developing a Geriatric Psychiatry outpatient program for all geriatric outpatients suitable for medical group care.
Participate in the Adult Psychiatry weekday call rotation and weekend coverage rotation, with obligations consistent with your peers in the Division of Adult Psychiatry.
What You Will Need
Completion or near completion of Geriatric Psychiatry Fellowship training program.
Illinois medical license or pending.
DEA/Controlled Substance License.
Board Certified/Board Eligible with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
