Join a 40-bed Level III NICU at Henrico Doctors’ Hospital with a collaborative group of Neonatologists providing 24/7 in-house coverage. Board Certified / Board Eligible Neonatologist who thrives in a supportive, team-based environment and is committed to delivering the highest standard of care to newborns and their families. Advanced therapies including high-frequency ventilation (HFOV), high-frequency jet ventilation (HFJV), inhaled nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia. On-site pediatric surgery and cardiology support. Nurse-led neonatal transport team. Single-family room NICU model. No newborn nursery coverage required. Qualifications
