The Enterprise Data product team focuses on two primary outcomes from our data ecosystem: 1) data is well-managed and easy to govern, and 2) data is easy to find, understand, and use, with a foundation that can evolve over time. We are a cross-functional team aligning product, tech, design, machine learning, risk and other partners to create a modern data ecosystem that supports innovation and business across the company. Our organization comprises four domains: Data Management
– Embedding automated governance throughout the data lifecycle from data creation to publishing, transforming, and deletion Data Common Ecosystem
– Making data easy to find, understand and use via data warehouse, data lake, The Exchange, and data products Data Privacy & External Data Sharing
– Providing transparency to end consumers about their data and ensuring governance for data sharing with third parties and privacy regulations Data Strategy, Culture & Operations
– Delivering and maintaining well-managed data and technology with the Enterprise Data team We are building a data destination of platforms, products and processes that is well-managed and easy to govern and where data is easy to find, understand and use. Capital One Product Framework

Basic Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor\'s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) A Master\'s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration Preferred Qualifications: Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products Note: At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on hours worked. Salaries shown are applicable to the location listed and may vary by location. McLean, VA: $193,000 - $220,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management New York, NY: $210,500 - $240,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management Richmond, VA: $175,500 - $200,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range for that location. The actual annualized salary offered will be stated in the offer letter. This role is eligible for performance-based incentives, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
