Swedish Medical Center is seeking a Faculty Physician to join the First Hill Family Medicine residency in Seattle, Washington. Ideal candidates must be BE/BC in Family Medicine and have a passion for teaching. This is an opportunity to have a positive impact on the next generation of Family Medicine physicians, participate in community outreach and advocacy efforts addressing systemic influences perpetuating social inequities, and work with a supportive team while enjoying the Pacific Northwest.
Responsibilities
1.0 FTE position; 0.7 FTE faculty and 0.3 FTE clinical Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine with Obstetrics experience highly preferred but not required Serve a medically and racially diverse patient population Uphold core values: Compassion, Justice, Excellence, Dignity, Integrity, Safety Collaborate within a team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care Participate in teaching and supervision of residents Engage in outreach, advocacy, and scholarly activities as part of the residency program Compensation and Benefits
Compensation between $222,757 and $308,426 per year Compensation amounts may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives as applicable Mileage/expense considerations and CME benefits may be available Where You’ll Work
