The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopaedic Hand Surgeon to join its expanding department. This clinical faculty position offers a busy, diverse hand and upper extremity practice across our academic medical center and affiliated hospitals. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-volume surgical practice while contributing to resident and fellow education in one of the nation’s top academic health systems. High-volume hand surgery practice Predominantly clinical role with direct patient care and operative responsibilities Opportunities to teach and mentor orthopaedic surgery residents and fellows Collaborate with a nationally recognized, multidisciplinary orthopaedic faculty team Access to advanced surgical technology and academic resources Faculty appointment at UT Southwestern Medical Center (rank commensurate with experience and qualifications) Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Fellowship training in Orthopaedic Hand Surgery Board-Certified/Board-Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery (Hand subspecialty certification strongly preferred) Eligible for Texas medical licensure Strong commitment to clinical excellence, education, and multidisciplinary collaboration Compensation & Benefits
