Anesthesiologist needed for locum tenens coverage at a facility in Houston, Texas. This assignment is with busy hospitals offering ongoing coverage. Responsibilities
Provide anesthesia services for assigned cases in the operating room. Possibility of cross-credentialing between two locations; credentialing timeframe is ~60 days. Shifts available during day or night in 8-, 10-, or 12-hour blocks; hours will be guaranteed. Weekend, call, and post-call shifts are optional. Blocks, spinals, and epidurals are not required but welcomed if you are comfortable with them. EMR system is Epic. Case types across locations include Endoscopy/GI, Orthopedic, General, ENT, Urology, Vascular, Radiology, Cardiology, and Gynecology at one location; the other location also includes Pain, Obstetrics, Cardiac, and Neuro/Spine cases.
