BC/BE Non-Invasive Clinical Cardiologist

for several opportunities. Join the Center for Heart and Vascular Health at ChristianaCare, in Delaware, providing high-level cardiovascular care in state-of-the-art facilities.

Locations

Lewes, DE — A coastal town known as “The First Town in the First State” with beaches, maritime history, and a vibrant small-town atmosphere.

Georgetown, DE — County seat of Sussex County with historic Circle and access to beaches and rural areas.

Christiana, Wilmington, and Union Hospitals — ChristianaCare includes three hospitals serving Delaware and nearby communities: Christiana Hospital (Newark), a 1,300-bed Level I trauma and regional referral center; Wilmington Hospital (downtown Wilmington), 321-bed facility; Union Hospital (Elkton, MD), 72-bed community hospital.

Position Highlights

Progressive, innovative care in a busy clinical practice. The Center for Heart and Vascular Health at Christiana Hospital handles substantial volume across imaging, catheterization, electrophysiology, and surgery services, with advanced heart failure programs.

Opportunities to teach Cardiology Fellows and house staff and to engage in clinical research. Affiliation with Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University and collaboration with Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania for transplant services.

Collaborate with other members of the Cardiology section across diverse community-based practices.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality non-invasive cardiology services within a busy clinical practice.

Participate in imaging studies across ambulatory locations and collaborate with primary care partners on population health initiatives.

Qualifications

BE/BC in Cardiology

Ability to obtain a license in the State of Delaware and meet credentialing requirements
