Our client is a fast-growing startup at the intersection of cloud, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and data management within the smart mobility and IoT ecosystem. They are looking for a talented Solutions Architect to join the North America team.
Responsibilities
Communicate technical and business benefits of solutions to prospects and customers.
Gather requirements, identify challenges, design solutions, run demos/workshops, and lead POCs/POVs with customers, partners, sales, and CS teams
Lead design and implementation of GenAI cloud, data management, and security solutions integrating multiple products and vendors
Provide strategic advisory, technical project management, service reviews, escalation management, and training
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, or in a similar technical role within B2B SaaS
Background working in high-growth startup environments
Proven success navigating complex, fast-paced, and global work settings
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills
Industry experience in
cybersecurity, automotive, or data-driven SaaS platforms
Based in Detroit or Boston area
