The Administrative Community is composed of global Administrative Business Partners who support Airbnb’s leaders and their global teams. Our Administrative Business Partners bolster Airbnb’s mission to create a world where anyone can belong by: Developing their network to understand priorities and tasks critical to the business Exercising sound judgment to coordinate core meetings Supporting team culture and events Our Administrative Business Partners are expected to be self-motivated, incredibly organized, and resourceful, with excellent communication skills, acute attention to detail and follow through, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever changing environment. It is important that our Administrative Business Partners have the ability to interact and manage up with staff at all levels while remaining flexible, proactive and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Airbnb is seeking an Administrative Business Partner to join the Business Organization team. This role will report to a Director in the business org, and is a full-time remote position. With so much going on in so many places, we need an experienced organizational and administrative professional to join the team. A Typical Day:
Provide administrative support to multiple Business Organization leaders. This includes calendar management, travel and expense management, meeting preparation, and coordinating office access. Act as a thought partner to lead and strategically align leader calendar with their priorities Work alongside and partner closely with the Senior Business Partners on tasks and projects, as needed Coordinate and participate in team events, culture, and recognition moments Build effective relationships across the Administrative Community and with other teams across Airbnb as necessary 5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, including supporting a team in an administrative capacity Ability to exercise judgment and maintain confidentiality Proven track record of being reliable, prepared, responsive, eager to learn and encouraging Acute attention to detail and follow through, high-level of organization Belonging & Accommodations:
