As the General Manager you will lead a team of Store Associates to drive exceptional customer experiences, increase store sales, ensure we hit revenue targets, and uphold brand values and standards. The General Manager will provide leadership and strategic direction to create an environment that exceeds guests’ in-store and digital expectations, with maximum productivity, profitability, and sales results. The General Manager will clearly understand company deliverables and processes and must demonstrate the ability to execute those duties. What You'll Get

Manage the store’s P&L, KPIs and inventory management. Manage and track labor costs (e.g., scheduling hours, overtime, etc.) for their store. Utilize financial tools & resources to identify and proactively address opportunities in in-store performance. Operational Excellence

Ensure strict adherence to food safety and health regulations. Monitor and continuously improve store performance metrics, including sales, food quality, and customer satisfaction. Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business. Guest Experience

Uphold our brand's commitment to exceptional guest service, as excellent service drives repeat business and higher sales. Proactively address guest feedback and implement improvements, utilizing your excellent communication skills. Leadership And Team Development

Manage teams of hourly team members, interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating, and retaining talent. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement, drawing from your experience as a proven leader. Qualifications

3+ years of work experience as a Store Manager of a retail store or restaurant, managing a team of at least 10 team members; Ability to build guest relationships and deliver exceptional service; Ability to adapt and embrace new procedures, processes, and champion change; Sound judgment when making decisions and mediating conflict; Excellent verbal & written communication skills with proficiency in English; Proficiency in sales principles, KPI deliverables, and guest service practices; Food Handler Card or applicable state-specific requirement; Proven track record of managing a Profit and Loss statement; Basic knowledge of MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; Ability to lift 50+ lbs; and Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
