About the role
The Group Carriers and Partnerships sales team is responsible for distributing the Orange Group\'s wholesale products (voice, data and mobile data) to its customer portfolio. Its customers are members of the Orange Group (subsidiaries) in Africa/Middle East and Europe/Caribbean. This represents around thirty customers. You\'re interested in international business. You\'ll be at the heart of a sales team specializing in African, Middle Eastern and European customers, setting up action plans, monitoring progress and giving meaning to figures through this activity. You have successful experience in an international context. You have experience of working on cross-functional projects. Your main tasks will be to monitor financial results and business performance, in order to provide sales representatives and our management with the most accurate vision of how to achieve the entity\'s objectives. You are in charge of all financial and performance monitoring for the team. You contribute to all types of cross-functional subjects and projects (briefs for country visits, kick-offs, Strategic Business Review deliverables, etc.). Close collaboration with sales, legal and marketing teams. Immersion in a very dynamic team on a human scale, with cross-functional links for better interaction with everyone. Cross-functional projects: Coordination between sales and marketing and finance, in charge of the different Steerco and business aspects. Coordination of all your levers with each other and with those of other entities to optimize results and contribute to achieving the budget. Coordination of relations with other OWI and OW entities. Financial Steering: Monthly monitoring and analysis of GCP management results (Sales/Margin/Litigation impacting the Budget) in collaboration with GCP sales teams and Management Control: Business review Footprint. You are responsible for updating the various reference documents for the financial section, customer reviews by country and weekly follow-ups (Business review, Steerco…). You build ambitions and the associated Budget in collaboration with Marketing and Sales. About you
Proficiency in Office, particularly advanced Excel; PowerPoint; Power BI. A flair for numbers. English & French written and spoken. Strong curiosity for business and innovative topics (5G, Satellite...). Ability to network effectively with all stakeholders. Ability to prioritize and anticipate & be a driving force behind proposals (reporting alerts, business inconsistencies, etc.). Diplomacy and ability to synthesize. What we offer
