Responsibilities
Employed by hospital; 36 hrs patient care/week + 4 hrs admin time + call
Very light shared call
Compensation & Benefits
Contract Terms: 2 years, auto-renews thereafter
Commencement Bonus/Loan: Paid w/in 5 weeks of start & forgiven over specific time
Moving allowance: Reimbursed w/ receipts via IRS guidelines
Student Debt Allowance: Negotiable
PTO: 30 days front loaded every January
CME: Annual allowance + Time Away
Employee/family health insurance
Malpractice insurance+ tail coverage--paid
Retirement Plan: 403b + one other for physicians
