Private practice seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Dermatologist with strong clinical skills, excellent bedside manner, and leadership qualities to establish and grow our dermatology department. Initial focus will be medical dermatology, expanding gradually into advanced cosmetic services. The candidate should be passionate, collaborative, and committed to long-term professional growth.

Immediate internal referrals from seven internal medicine providers Dedicated dermatology space in our current facility Future plans for standalone dermatology center Physician-owned, supportive, and efficiently operated environment Minimal on-call duties (phone support only, answering service in place) Established EMR, billing, and scheduling systems for smooth workflows Scheduling & Patient Volume
Work hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Flexible schedule options (4- or 4.5-day workweek) Competitive base salary: $350,000 – $400,000 Productivity bonus potential, earnings up to $800,000+ Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision) 401(k) with employer match Generous PTO and major holidays Malpractice insurance with tail coverage CME allowance and license/certification reimbursement Student loan repayment assistance
