ABA board-certified anesthesiologist sought to join the established practice as the Anesthesia Medical Director. Community hospital with 425 beds located 40 minutes south of Gainesville and 80 minutes from the coast. Highlights
$100K start date bonus with 3-year commitment Newly increased compensation ACT: 8 physicians and 27 CRNAs Annual case volume: 12K–14K with 16 ORs, Endo suite, OB suite, Neuro IR suite OB volume: 2,500 annually Case mix: General, OB, Orthopedic, Spine, Vascular, Endo, GYN, ENT, Robotics, Urology, GI, Bariatrics, Neuro IR, Cardiology; minimal healthy pediatrics; no trauma, no open hearts Excellent culture with collaborative physician/CRNA team and good surgeon relationships Call shared evenly; beeper from home Chief stipend; relocation bonus and licensure assistance Annual retention bonus 9 weeks PTO Clinical and administrative duties Envision offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, medical, dental, vision, short/long-term disability, parental leave, life insurance, 401(k) with employer contribution, and 100% paid malpractice with tail coverage.
