BC/BE Nocturnist
to join a Hospitalist team northeast of Boston. Responsibilities
7 on 7 off block schedule Nocturnists do not respond to codes; ICU responds to codes Nocturnists currently lead Rapid Responses with residents Overnight Internal Medicine admissions are handled by residents, with 4-6 staffed by a Nocturnist Provide direct patient care and supervise Advanced Practice Practitioners (APPs) for both admissions and cross-coverage Candidates should be committed to providing exceptional patient care, hard-working, dependable, collegial, and professional Benefits
Highly competitive salary, sign on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package Retention Incentive:
After 1 year: 1 shift reduction per month for 1.0 FTE (or equivalent) After 3 years: Additional shift reduction for 1.0 FTE (or equivalent)
