As we expand our neurological health services across the Northwell Health System, the Department of Neurology is seeking dynamic Neuro-hospitalists to join our multi-disciplinary team. This opportunity offers the flexibility to work one week on/one week off with no ambulatory clinical responsibilities. About the Department The Department of Neurology has seen tremendous growth over the past five years across all regions, with the goal of providing comprehensive, integrated health care and wellness services. Inclusion within the service line offers the opportunity to connect with a large group of neurologists, academic, teaching, world class grand rounds, conferences and the ability to discuss and share cases with experts in every subspecialty. At Northwell Health’s Institute for Neurology, we have three hospitals ranked in the top 50 in U.S. News & World Report (North Shore University Hospital being the highest at #22 in the nation) as well as four comprehensive stroke programs, 11 primary stroke centers and 1 thrombectomy capable center.
