Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the

Sr. Director/ VP of Finance

will be responsible for building and leading a world-class finance organization and will work cross-functionally to build and maintain a thorough and effective annual operating plan for the company while driving alignment to that plan. This person will serve as a member of the executive team and strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team for planning purposes. They will oversee all aspects of financial and accounting operations, including payables, receivables, payroll, tax preparation, and financing. Note: This is a hybrid role based in

San Francisco , requiring three days in office. Candidates must be located in the San Francisco area. What You’ll Do

An Architect for Growth - Manage and grow the global finance organization to support revenue growth and expense management objectives. Strategy, Tactics and Process - Maintain internal controls and scalable processes; collaborate with Revenue Operations and People team to drive compensation strategy. High-growth, Enterprise Software Expert - Deep knowledge of GAAP, cash and accrual accounting; experience with interstate and international operations, taxation, cost accounting, revenue recognition, audit, tax compliance including equity compensation, and related regulatory matters. Own pricing model with understanding of impact on margins. A Strong People Leader - Build and retain a world-class finance team with diverse backgrounds; develop a culture of accountability and predictability. Functional Collaboration - Serve on the Executive Team as the primary voice of Finance; maintain a strong feedback loop with all departments. Report to the CEO and be a key thought- and execution-partner. Who You Are

5+ years of experience leading a high-performing Finance organization in a fast-growth, venture-backed technology company. Strong strategic finance mindset; connects operational functions to finance to deliver results. Track record of building robust financial models and scenario planning. Detail- and results-oriented; able to execute hands-on while thinking strategically; data-driven. Analytical to manage projects; exceptional people management and development experience. Curious and experienced with modern AI tools to accelerate work. Solid foundation in financial analysis and modeling from top-tier training. Executive, action-oriented leadership with strong business acumen. Collaborative and hands-on with excellent relationship-building skills. Ability to represent the company credibly with internal and external stakeholders. Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, creative, and energetic leader. What We Offer
