Responsibilities
Unify, activate, and analyze customer data while integrating with transaction tools
Integrate data from multiple Data Warehouses and transactional sources for effective marketing operations
Leverage advanced identity graphs for audience segmentation and real-time personalization
Enable real-time personalization through streaming data ingestion for dynamic campaign responses
Control and audit data flows with full visibility into sync logs, supporting consent-based marketing
Qualifications
15+ years of experience in marketing operations, Martech, or related go-to-market functions
At least 7+ years in a functional architect or senior business systems role
Expertise in tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot
Experience with lead lifecycle management, campaign execution, and marketing performance reporting
Knowledge of go-to-market processes from lead to quote, with functional understanding of Salesforce CRM
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with integrating multiple marketing automation platforms for omni-channel marketing
Familiarity with event-based triggering and data synchronization across various marketing tools
Strong understanding of customer data management practices and compliance
