Together these entities make up the generic and branded U.S. business. Lupin has a significant generic pipeline, and a branded focus on women’s health. Our first Research and Development facility in the US is located in Coral Springs, Florida which focuses on generic and branded orally inhaled and nasal drug products. Somerset, New Jersey is home to one of Fifteen commercial manufacturing sites globally and the only commercial manufacturing facility in the United States for Lupin, as well as additional Research and Development teams. Responsibilities
Lead as Sr. Director / Director Talent Acquisition & Strategy for US sites, based in Bridgewater, NJ, reporting to the SVP, Human Resources for the Americas and EMEA.
Design, share the TA strategy through 2030; build an annual plan to support the strategy and provide updates as requested.
Implement AI and other technologies to source high-quality candidates efficiently while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Maximize Lupin’s brand and value proposition; maintain exceptional candidate experience and regular communication throughout the process.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify active and passive candidates.
Assist leaders in devising job descriptions for senior positions as needed.
Manage and develop the TA team to achieve and exceed targets.
Analyze statistics, present findings at meetings, and use data to assess goals.
Collaborate with Executive Search firms as needed, maintaining confidentiality.
Play a key role in developing the new Recruitment system and retaining the previous system for a period as needed.
Use social media to build a robust pipeline of talent; ensure sourcing is diverse and inclusive.
Review the marketplace to provide updates at monthly HR and Business update meetings.
Qualifications
Third level education in business, human resources, or a related field.
A minimum of 15 years’ experience in growing responsibility, ideally in pharmaceuticals.
Proficient with an applicant tracking system; ability to assess and implement best-in-class systems as needed.
Demonstrated ability to expand the strategic importance of the department and team members.
Extensive experience managing team members, setting goals, and conducting performance reviews.
Proven ability to build internal and external relationships and influence stakeholders.
Provide quantifiable statistics and reports to management and executive leadership.
Collaborative, team-oriented leader with excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.

Compensation The anticipated annual base salary range for this position in New Jersey is $180,000 to $230,000, plus a discretionary performance bonus (based upon eligibility). The final salary offered may vary based on experience, industry, skillset, and business needs.
Physical Requirements The physical requirements of the position generally include standing, walking, sitting, using hands and fingers, reaching with hands and arms, talking and hearing. May require lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally. Generally performed in an office environment.
