The Algorithmic Solutions Group is seeking a motivated researcher to develop innovative solutions at the intersection of cutting-edge AI algorithms and ADI technologies. In this role, you will: Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of researchers, engineers, and domain experts to bridge AI innovation with practical solutions Develop cutting-edge AI algorithms designed for resource-constrained environments Prototype and validate solutions, using both software simulations and hands-on hardware, to demonstrate feasibility and performance Stay abreast of state-of-the-art algorithms and research advances in areas relevant to Analog Devices Qualifications: PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related fields Experience in two or more of the following areas: Developing, deploying, and optimizing AI models using frameworks and tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-based AI platforms Modern AI architectures and training paradigms Deploying and optimizing models on constrained hardware using techniques such as quantization, pruning, distillation, or on-device retraining Computer architecture, AI accelerators, and/or model compilation Analog, mixed-signal, and/or RF circuit design Preferred qualifications: 3+ years of industry experience developing and deploying machine learning models Strong publication record in top conferences and/or journals Why join Us?

This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus based on personal and company factors.
