Solar Turbines . Job location: San Diego, CA. This position is full-time and onsite five days a week. Visa sponsorship is not available. Posting dates: September 25, 2025 – October 9, 2025. Responsibilities

Monitoring engineering processes and products for adherence to company and regulatory standards and practices; participating in quality improvement initiatives and projects. Analyzing statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product. Recommending modifications to existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality. Conducting investigations and analyses which contribute to the development and implementation of methods, procedures, and equipment that ensure quality standards for parts and prime products. Participating in and offering technical support to internal and external audits; following up on response of corrective action from audit. Interacting with manufacturing team members to determine root cause of quality issues and ensuring that corrective and preventive action is implemented. Qualifications and Skills

Degree or equivalent experience desired. Root Cause Analysis (RCA): knowledge of concepts, principles, and techniques; ability to use a structured approach to identify causes and prevent recurrence. Quality Management: knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques; ability to create and support an environment that meets quality goals. Accuracy and Attention to Detail: ability to complete tasks with high precision. Decision Making and Critical Thinking: ability to analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment. Problem Solving: knowledge of approaches and tools for recognizing and resolving problems; ability to apply appropriately to diverse situations. Project Management: ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects; effectively utilize resources to achieve objectives. About Caterpillar

Summary Pay Range: $108,834.00 - $163,252.00. Compensation and benefits vary by factors such as location, experience, and performance. This is only one component of total compensation.
