Achieve sales goals for the Immunology portfolio of products by delivering market share growth and other key metrics within the assigned geography, executing the franchise and company brand strategy and tactics within the assigned customer segment (physicians within specialty medical practices, hospital staff, and pharmacists in the territory). Influence decision makers and influencers within the assigned customer base to support the use of the company’s products by developing clinical and business expertise and effective selling skills; deliver targeted sales messages based on accurate clinical information using approved medical resources. Execute local marketing strategies, leveraging resources and collaborating with company teams to enhance business results and customer loyalty; identify and cultivate relationships with key decision makers at local levels who influence healthcare provider systems. Gain access to promoted products and sell them in targeted Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, and Dermatology teaching institutions and/or hospitals by establishing mutually beneficial, long-term relationships with residents, fellows, attending physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers; coordinate academic sales strategies with appropriate teammates. Drive product access, acceptance, and usage in targeted Academic accounts; understand process flows for IV and subcutaneous products to ensure ease of access and fulfillment. Develop, implement, and evaluate strategies to develop Fellows, Residents, and Key Opinion Leaders within assigned institutions; create and execute business plans for each institution. Champion collaboration across the marketplace, both internally and externally; maintain administrative functions such as call reporting, expense accounting, and effective written and oral communications; represent the company at scientific conventions and educational programs. Required Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree A minimum of two (2) years of successful pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales experience with at least one (1) year of specialty sales experience A valid driver’s license issued in one of the United States Willing to travel, which may include weekend and/or overnight travel Preferred Qualifications

Five or more years of successful pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales experience with at least three years of specialty sales experience Experience working within Health Systems, Academic and IDN environments is highly preferred Working knowledge of reimbursement, payer, provider, and infusion operations Working knowledge of immunology, dermatology, rheumatology, and/or gastroenterology Prior experience managing through complex reimbursement issues Candidates with management development courses and project-oriented selling experience in a high-incentive culture, with documented sales performance Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
