Position Description:
The Lead Transition and Onboarding Consultant is responsible for the installation of all new agencies/firms, specifically as the primary lead on transitioning advisory and broker-dealer accounts for newly recruited financial professionals. This role serves as the primary liaison between the financial professional, and internal partners during the transition and onboarding phase. Position Location: This is a hybrid role working partially in-office and partially from home Responsibilities
Coordinate and conduct effective agency and home office visits and virtual presentations utilized during the onboarding process. Coordinate and develop on-going educational offerings (virtual and physical) for the agencies and the agents for the integration phase. Measure and monitor the onboarding process and adjust as needed. Document and monitor activities using Salesforce. Facilitate resolution of non-routine inquiries and issues Coordinate a team of business line subject matter experts that support an agency / agent in the transition phase. Act as a communication hub for known challenges and success both to the agencies and the home office partners. Interact with multiple partners within and outside of Agency & Advisor Distribution Assist with and coordinate the training as needed. Act as a subject matter generalist. Coordinate a smooth transition at the end of the integration period to a regular service, sales, and regional relationships. Owns timely, professional, and accurate resolutions to client concerns, questions, and problems possibly during high stress situations. Drives client service initiatives, including process improvement to enhance the client experience. Maintains risk awareness and regulatory knowledge. Ensures smooth transition for ongoing service through to the client service teams. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business or Finance) or equivalent experience required. Series 6 or 7 preferred. 3-5 years of related experience required. 0-2 years of experience coaching others preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Excellent problem solving and time management skills. Ability to think strategically and plan tactically. Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel experience. Benefits
