A fast-growing SaaS company is looking to hire an Accounting Manager who will oversee daily accounting operations and play a critical role in managing the monthly close. This is a full time, fully remote position offering up to $145K base plus bonus.
Responsibilities
Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis Manage day-to-day accounting operations: payroll, cash management, accounts payable, and operating expenses Supervise and mentor two accounting team members, reviewing their work and supporting development Review and improve accounting processes to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency Manage vendor, payroll, and banking relationships while supporting external audit requests Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, payroll, income, property, and other local tax requirements Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required) 5+ years of relevant experience within the software/high-tech industries required 3+ years of management experience, leading at least two direct reports Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP required (complex technical accounting knowledge – e.g., ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 805, ASC 718) CPA strongly preferred Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style Public accounting experience a plus If you are interested in learning more about this position, please email your resume to Ellie at eboyd@daleyaa.com
