Lead Network Security Consultant / ISE, Palo Alto, ASA / Hybrid / Chicago, IL The client is Motion Recruitment Partners, LLC. They are seeking a Lead Network Security Consultant on a Contract-to-Hire basis in the Chicago, IL area. Overview Lead-level network security consultant with independent work capability, experience in professional services or client-facing consulting, and experience managing client engagements. Collaborate with other Network Solutions Specialists to support Enterprise Level clients. What You Will Be Doing Participate in evaluation, testing, selection, and deployment of foundational network elements for a network buildout. Provide advanced technical expertise for complex project work, including subsystem upgrades for mission-critical network devices and services, and strategic network upgrades. Establish requirements and provide analysis for network and services specifications, network design, partitioning, and architecture definition. Develop network test, validation, and integration plans and ensure network integrity. Engage with Solutioning and Sales teams as a subject-matter expert during customer calls. Required Skills & Experience Cisco ISE experience with wired/wireless deployments, 802.1x rollouts, TACACS+, upgrades, and migrations of ISE. Experience with SDA, Trustsec, guest portal and other portal flows. Palo Alto experience with Panorama and Palo Alto Firewalls. Experience with migrations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and other efforts with Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama. Site-to-site tunnel configuration, security/NAT configuration, GlobalProtect configuration and MFA. Cisco Secure Firewall (FTD) and ASA experience. Experience configuring and deploying FMCs (physically and virtually). Site-to-site VPN, Remote Access VPN; experience configuring Firepowers as both FTDs (with FMC) and with FDM. Desired Skills & Experience Experience with Cloud-delivered FMC is a plus. CCNP and/or PCSNE certifications.
