Growth Account Executive
in San Francisco. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be the primary boots on the ground, representing the company in the Bay Area startup ecosystem while driving pipeline and revenue.

What You’ll Do
Own outbound outreach to early-stage tech startups and developers, booking 20+ qualified meetings monthly.
Create, refine, and execute outbound playbooks to optimize pipeline generation.
Leverage your personal network in the SF startup community to build high-quality connections.
Represent the brand at
local events and industry dinners , building presence and trust among developers and founders.
Partner closely with leadership to shape GTM strategy and influence the company’s growth motion.
What You Bring
2–6 years of experience
in growth, sales development, or account executive roles at high-growth startups.
Proven ability to
own and exceed sales numbers , with clear metrics and achievements to share.
Experience selling into
developers or horizontal platforms , with a strong grasp of the developer lifecycle and tools.
Track record of success selling to
early-stage tech startups .
Proficiency with modern GTM tools (Clay, Common Room, Posthog).
Excellent communication skills, including thoughtful cold email writing (non-AI generated).
Strong SF network — well-connected with founders, engineers, or other startup operators.
Comfortable speaking confidently about technical products and engaging senior buyers.
Based in San Francisco and excited to participate in-person at local events.
What You’ll Get
Base salary of
$150,000–$175,000
plus competitive equity.
