Job Title: Global Marketing Leader – Emergency Care (EC). As the Global Marketing Leader for EC, you will lead the global upstream (Product Management and New Product Introduction) and downstream (channel marketing, demand generation, branding and marketing automation) Marketing efforts, develop fact-based strategies, and guide EC on "Where to Play" and "How to Win" strategy. This role is pivotal as EC prepares to carve out as a standalone business, shaping a dynamic, future-forward marketing team responsible for strengthening EC's position in the pre-hospital, public access, hospital, and military market segments. Key elements include leading product management, e-commerce, go-to-market channel definition and development, global sales training and sales force effectiveness, demand generation, solution portfolio strategy, marketing automation, and global development and management of EC's new brand (to be announced). The role also partners with other EC leaders to drive cultural change and create a team ethos focused on excellence in end-to-end customer experience, solution quality, and clinical performance. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a customer solution portfolio strategy that supports EC's strategic plan. This includes leading, developing, and managing product management teams across EC's product segments and geographies. Systematically collect and analyze customer, clinical, and competitive insights to guide commercial strategies and product development roadmaps. Lead global Marketing & E-Commerce activities (Brand Management, Insights & Analytics, Integrated Communications & Events, and Digital Marketing E-Commerce), ensuring consistency with EC's new company brand identity. Drive brand preference and reputation to position the business in the market consistent with the objectives of the strategic plan. Enable increased sales force effectiveness by leading development of solution selling strategies, building and deploying sales and partner tools, designing effective marketing assets, and managing EC's global tradeshow and conference presence. Build a significant, global demand generation function by implementing marketing automation tools and leveraging Artificial Intelligence across all marketing functions. You're the right fit if
15+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles addressing the pre-hospital, emergency med tech, medical informatics, and/or Public Access AED market segments. Experience leading both upstream and downstream Marketing teams in med tech businesses serving global customer bases with partner/distributor-centric go-to-market models. Current understanding of demand generation, marketing automation and AI tools and how they are used to create sales demand and marketing efficiency. Understanding and management of core Marketing KPIs such as Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Lead Scoring and Conversion rates, Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS). Master's degree in business and/or marketing (optional). Ability to perform minimum physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation. How we work together

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. The pay range for this position in WA is $184,000 to $340,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
