Manage assigned supplier deck daily, ensuring record integrity, delivery performance, and issue resolution. Maintain and review supplier USMCA documentation for compliance. Analyze supplier releases for accuracy, volume fluctuations, and scheduling alignment. Serve as the primary contact for supplier delivery issues, available 24/7 for urgent matters. Create and manage shipping schedules for logistics carriers. Ensure on-time delivery of supplied parts in correct quantities and approved packaging. Perform and reconcile physical inventory counts; investigate discrepancies using root cause analysis. Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy across SAP and M4N systems. Track and report inventory cycle count attainment and support continuous improvement efforts. Maintain production BOMs and supplier scheduling parameters in SAP. Log and analyze inventory and supplier data using spreadsheets and ERP tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including scheduling, production and material floor teams during emergencies or high-demand periods. Education/Certification/Licensure
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Experience
Minimum of three (3) years of materials experience in a tier-one automotive manufacturing facility. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Team oriented, communicates well with others, and able to interact with people at all levels and departments. Excellent problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of SAP ERP; strong Excel analysis skills. Awareness, Unity, Empowerment
