If you want to work with an energetic and dynamic team of tax and treasury professionals at a fast-growing medical device company in San Diego, this is the job for you. You will report to the Vice President, Tax & Treasury and lead a global Treasury team with direct reports in the US, EMEA, and APAC. Responsibilities
Lead a global Treasury team with direct reports in the US, EMEA, and APAC. Support Dexcom’s growth and expansion of new products and geographies by providing banking support and merchant banking and payment infrastructure for all selling modes. Deliver regional short and long-term cash forecasts to Finance leadership. Manage Dexcom’s capital structure and support debt and equity capital markets transactions, including convertible debt issuances and share buybacks. Manage global banking relationships and oversee syndicated credit facilities and bilateral agreements with banking partners (revolving credit facility, bank guarantee facilities, FX trading limits, and corporate card schemes). Execute intercompany financings and ensure timely payment of intercompany balances. Be responsible for Dexcom’s global hedging program, multicurrency sweeps and liquidity structures, and foreign currency Contract execution to hedge FX exposure. Work with outside investment managers to manage short-term marketable securities and cash equivalents; review and ensure proper accounting for these investments. Some accounting experience. 12-15 years of total Treasury experience, with at least 8 years in corporate treasury management. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance; graduate degree preferred.
