We’re hiring a

Head of Brand

to own and scale the voice, visuals, and emotional resonance of Hundred Health. This is a leadership role, not a brand manager. You’ll architect our brand identity, define our tone, oversee all creative assets, and ensure consistent storytelling across every customer touchpoint. You’ll shape how we show up in the world and how we make people feel. You’ll work directly with the CMO and in close collaboration with our CEO, Product, and Growth teams. This role is part strategist, part creator, and part cultural architect. You’ll be surrounded by high performers, cutting-edge tools, and a real shot to build a brand people love and trust for life. What You’ll Own

Brand Strategy & Identity Define and evolve our brand architecture, positioning, and promise Lead verbal and visual identity: tone of voice, taglines, messaging, visuals, colors, assets Build a world-class brand book and ensure consistent execution across all channels Storytelling & Voice Craft and scale our narrative across digital, product, physical, and social Translate complex health concepts (lab diagnostics, biomarkers, AI, epigenetics) into compelling, consumer-first storytelling Lead internal brand voice training; you are the guardian of how we sound and feel Creative Production Build and scale a content production engine Hire, mentor, and inspire a growing creative team and vendors (designers, editors, storytellers) Balance rapid social-first production with brand-building campaigns Own every brand asset: digital and physical (logos, visuals, video, photos, merch, packaging, IRL activations) Brand In Action Lead integrated brand campaigns across social, content, product, email, events, and partnerships Collaborate with Growth, Product, Creator, and Partnerships to bring brand to life across all touchpoints Making sure brand DNA stays strong in social Stay on the cutting edge of new marketing formats and channels Measurement & Impact Set and track brand health KPIs: awareness, trust, sentiment, engagement, and attribution to acquisition/retention. Run experiments to validate positioning and optimize campaign performance. Present insights to leadership.
