Basic Qualifications

~2+ years of field sales management experience in a SaaS company, ideally focused on new business acquisition, plus ~10+ years as a field sales representative Experience selling cloud/SaaS/ERP solutions Experience cultivating relationships with partners and alliances Experience managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of revenue/quota attainment Experience as a leader in a team selling environment Other Qualifications

Understanding of strategic competitive landscape and trends to position Workday solutions within accounts Proven ability to coordinate different business units to maximize sales Experience maintaining accurate forecasting data and business modeling for senior leadership Self-starter attitude with ability to work in a dynamic environment About The Team

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and other locations are listed below. Compensation includes potential bonus, commission, and stock grants; details shared during the hiring process. Location-specific ranges vary by geography and experience. Primary Location: USA.CA.Pleasanton Base Pay Range: $176,400 - $264,600 USD Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $176,400 - $264,600 USD Our Flexible Work approach combines in-person and remote work. We require spending at least 50% of time in the office or in the field with customers, depending on role.
