We are offering a great opportunity to join the solar industry. Cobalt Power Systems is growing rapidly and looking for 5 Certified Lead Commercial Solar Installers to join our experienced team. You will learn from seasoned professionals and be part of the Cobalt solar family. We have a track record of successful residential and commercial solar projects across the Bay Area with strong customer reviews. We are a certified Maxeon and Tesla Powerwall Premier Installer. We are committed to taking care of our customers and our employees, and take pride in the quality of our work.
Responsibilities
Join an experienced team of 3–4 persons installing solar PV and Tesla Powerwall systems, on both roof-mounted and ground-mounted projects, across commercial and residential sites. Receive comprehensive training in safety practices, solar panel installation, Tesla Powerwall installation, solar racking, electrical practices (wiring and conduit bending), reading plans and schematics, and other related trade skills. Contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment with a focus on career advancement and internal promotion.
Qualifications
Certified Lead Commercial Solar Installer (5 openings). Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures and best practices in solar installations. Ability to work in both team and field settings on varied site types (roof and ground mounts).
