Role : As a Product Marketing Manager on the GenStudio team, you will partner with sales to help customers validate the technical fit of Adobe’s GenAI solutions throughout the deal cycle. You will design and deliver custom demos, hands-on labs, and proof-of-concept experiences that bring GenStudio’s value to life and address real customer requirements. This role is ideal for a technically oriented marketer who can bridge deep product knowledge with customer engagement, ensuring prospects leave every interaction with confidence in Adobe’s capabilities. You will collaborate closely with sales, solution consultants, and product teams to deliver high-impact technical validation experiences that accelerate decision-making and drive deal success.
Key Responsibilities
Technical fit validation:
Build and deliver custom demos, labs, and proof-of-concept experiences tailored to customer requirements and deal contexts.
Customer workshops:
Lead in-person technical sessions that allow prospects to explore GenStudio hands-on, validate use cases, and confirm alignment with their workflows.
Cross-functional collaboration:
Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure technical validation experiences reflect the latest product features and innovations.
Customer feedback & insights:
Capture customer insights from demos and labs to inform product development, roadmap prioritization, and GTM messaging.
Enable sales & solutions teams:
Provide demo scripts, lab templates, and training to scale technical validation across the sales organization.
Key Skills & Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in product marketing, solution consulting, technical sales enablement, or related roles.
Proven ability to deliver demos and labs that establish technical fit and accelerate SaaS enterprise deal cycles.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to customize SaaS/AI solutions for prospect-specific needs.
Excellent storytelling and presentation skills; able to make technical details resonate with both business and IT stakeholders.
Experience collaborating with sales teams and directly supporting customer-facing engagements.
Familiarity with AI-driven SaaS products and their evaluation in enterprise contexts is strongly preferred.
Additional Qualities
Customer-first mindset with the ability to translate requirements into impactful validation experiences.
Ability to travel to on-site for in-person delivery of customer sessions.
Compensation & Notices
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $97,600 – $175,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share the specific salary range for your job location during the hiring process. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
