Coordinator

to join the

Marketing Operations

team. This role will provide vital support in managing the flow of day-to-day projects and ensuring smooth execution across the department. Working closely with teammates, the coordinator will help organize and track initiatives spanning across multiple campaigns, channels, initiatives and activations. As an integral part of the marketing department, this position offers the opportunity to develop project management skills, contribute to high-impact initiatives, and gain hands-on experience in the strategy and operations behind professional sports marketing. is a highly organized and proactive team player with experience supporting project management within a marketing or creative environment. This individual should excel at managing details, keeping projects on track, and ensuring timely execution of deliverables. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with teammates and stakeholders across the organization. Above all, the ideal candidate is collaborative, eager to learn, and motivated to contribute to the success of the marketing team. How You’ll Contribute

Planning and Execution

Intake and track incoming marketing project requests, ensuring briefs are complete and properly routed for review. Support the development of project timelines and work-back schedules; proactively update milestone trackers and ensure deadlines are visible and communicated. Assist with trafficking creative assets for internal review and approval, ensuring timely feedback loops. Update project management software with current task assignments, deadlines, and status updates. Performance and Measurement

Track and report on marketing and creative requests, including project volume, turnaround times, and recurring needs. Support post-project recaps by gathering performance data, organizing scorecard inputs, and assisting in wrap report documentation. Serve as day-to-day point of contact for project stakeholders regarding task status and deliverables. Coordinate with designers, photographers, editors, and other content & creative team members to ensure projects move smoothly through production. Leadership

Communicate updates and escalate risks or blockers to the Manager, Marketing Operations in a timely manner. Player Stats And Qualifications

1+ years of relevant experience in marketing project management. Sports experience a plus. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Experience with project management software, ClickUp preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A positive attitude and strong work ethic a must, must have a “team-first” mentality with an eagerness to learn.
