Overview
Talent Development Partner at RaceTrac. The Talent Development Partner plays a key role in shaping the future of RaceTrac by designing and delivering impactful talent development programs that accelerate growth, build leadership pipelines, and prepare the team for what’s next. In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate closely with leaders and human resources partners to create programs that ignite employee inspiration, boost engagement, and enhance performance. What You Will Do
Alongside the Talent Development Manager, develops and drives the implementation of the organization’s talent development strategy. Designs and enhances development programs for high-potential talent, leaders, and individual contributors across both hourly and salaried employee groups, ensuring content is effectively transitioned to the Learning Content Specialist for development and delivery. Enhances onboarding and new leader assimilation programs in collaboration with key stakeholders. Leads the configuration, change management, implementation, and maintenance of RaceTrac’s talent programs, including but not limited to High Potential and leadership development initiatives. Partners with key stakeholders to research, develop, and facilitate leadership development programs, building bench strength and cultivating future leaders for the organization. Builds and sustains relationships with external partners to offer a comprehensive catalog of development opportunities, including coaching, team building, and leadership development. Act as a Talent Champion by promoting understanding, adoption, and utilization of talent tools and programs within RaceTrac. Actively gathers feedback on talent initiatives to assess program effectiveness and implements enhancements based on input. Continuously seeks opportunities to enhance talent processes, tools, and offerings by benchmarking industry best practices, leveraging innovative technology, and identifying process improvements. Builds and maintains strong relationships across departments and business units within the organization. Serves as a trusted adviser on talent management best practices. Performs other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For

Presentation Skills: Effective in a variety of formal settings with different audiences, can present data and topics clearly, command attention, and adapt tactics as needed. Comfort Around Higher Management: Comfortable with more senior managers, understands how they think and work, and can tailor approaches accordingly. Problem Solving: Uses rigorous logic to solve difficult problems, probes sources for answers, and looks beyond the obvious. Dealing with Ambiguity: Handles change and risk, can decide and act without the total picture, and moves forward even when things are not fully defined. Work Experience / Education
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree from an accredited university with a focus in I/O psychology, Human Factors, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, or related field preferred. 4-6 years of experience within Human Resources required with 1-2 years in Talent Management, Talent Development, or Organizational Development preferred. Strong project management and execution skills. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to professionally interface with all levels of the business including senior executives. Proven experience and confidence in facilitating presentations, with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences effectively. Experience in talent program designing preferred. Flexible team player who actively seeks to contribute to the success of the team and organization in a positive manner.
