$90,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience Job Type: Full-time About Us Cohn & Dussi, LLC is a fast-paced, results-driven law firm specializing in commercial collections, creditor rights, and litigation. We handle matters throughout Massachusetts and nationwide via our established network. We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our Boston office and contribute to our growing litigation team. Responsibilities

Manage matters from pre-litigation strategy through trial and judgment enforcement Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and client correspondence Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and motions Negotiate with opposing counsel and pro se parties to achieve favorable resolutions Provide clear legal assessments and strategy recommendations to clients Conduct legal research and draft memoranda Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with firm and client protocols Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (additional admissions a plus) Minimum 2 years of litigation experience preferred Experience in commercial collections; evictions/foreclosures a plus Excellent written and oral advocacy and negotiation skills Ability to manage a high-volume docket and meet deadlines Professionalism, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset Benefits
