Senior Director Executive Compensation . This newly created role will shape executive pay strategy and equity governance for a newly formed public company. This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to influence governance, build scalable programs, and drive alignment between pay and performance. Responsibilities
Designing and refining executive bonus and equity programs (RSUs, PSUs) in partnership with senior Total Rewards leadership Conducting modeling and scenario analysis on equity awards, dilution, and cost impact Preparing Compensation Committee materials, including pay analysis, tally sheets, and regulatory updates Partnering with Legal and Finance on CD&A disclosures, Say-on-Pay strategy, and external benchmarking Tracking company and executive performance relative to plan and peer group Ensuring clear articulation of value creation in executive pay structures Overseeing equity plan administration, reporting, and policy governance Conducting executive market benchmarking and peer comparisons Managing one Executive Compensation Analyst focused on modeling and committee support Leading global mobility strategy and compliance in alignment with business needs Partnering with HR Operations and Legal to ensure proper governance and execution of mobility programs The SR Group (US), Inc. is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
