Establish powerful, peer-level connections with students that ignite curiosity and instill a limitless growth mindset Master and deploy advanced AI and adaptive learning platforms to create truly personalized educational experiences Cultivate an environment where ambition thrives, guiding students to identify and develop their unique strengths Drive innovation in Alpha's educational model through strategic insights and implementation of breakthrough approaches Design and lead transformative life skills workshops that prepare students for exceptional achievement beyond academics

Delivering conventional education through lectures, rigid curricula, or standardized teaching methods—you are neither a traditional teacher nor a teaching assistant Focusing solely on academic metrics while neglecting the critical personal development that drives lifelong success Restricting learning to outdated tools and methodologies when technology offers unprecedented opportunities for educational advancement
Youth Program Director Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field of study Exceptional public speaking ability with proven capacity to captivate and motivate diverse audiences Genuine passion for connecting with, inspiring, and elevating K-8th grade students Demonstrated experience in coaching or mentoring children to achieve their potential Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship Commitment to work in-person at our Phoenix or Nassau campus Availability to complete our paid training program at our Austin, TX headquarters

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
