We are seeking a
Senior Product Manager
to join our North America Visa Commercial Solutions team, focused on delivering and enhancing products for the small business to middle market segment. You will manage key B2B payment product initiatives from concept through launch, working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption. You will analyze market needs, customer feedback, and competitive trends to shape product enhancements and go-to-market plans. This is an excellent opportunity for a product professional with strong execution skills, customer focus, and the ability to translate market opportunities into tangible solutions. Responsibilities
Manage the lifecycle of assigned B2B payment products and features, from requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities for product improvement or new products. Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Support go-to-market activities, including creation of product collateral, sales training materials, and client-facing presentations. Be data obsessed: track and analyse product performance metrics, recommending changes to improve adoption and retention. Collaborate with multiple teams at Visa to build product strategy and deliver product enhancements. Contribute to the broader VCS product roadmap by sharing insights and feedback from customers and the market. Success Metrics
Drive B2B payment volume growth and market share expansion for the small business to middle market segment. Achieve successful product launches with strong adoption rates. Deliver strategic presentations that reflect high quality and impactful thought leadership. Receive positive feedback from sales, client, and partner teams on product readiness and support materials. Provide clear, actionable product documentation and go-to-market deliverables. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree, or at least 5 years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years with a PhD. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Product Management, preferably in payments or fintech. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights. Excellent PowerPoint skills, with ability to create data-based roadmaps and product strategy, develop user stories, and collaborate with technical teams. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and with sales teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and client audiences. Experience supporting go-to-market activities and enabling sales teams. Familiarity with Visa products and ecosystem is a plus. MBA or advanced degree beneficial but not required.
