The Project Manager, Commercial Content Experience drives initiatives within Smurfit Westrock’s global content ecosystem, supporting both the Commercial Content Strategy and Digital Content Experience teams. Responsibilities include coordinating product and industry content programs, overseeing website expansion, and managing legacy site transitions. The role requires organizing projects, collaborating across functions, and managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication for global initiatives. How You Will Impact Smurfit Westrock
Support development and implementation of global product and industry content with the Sr. Manager, Commercial Content. Manage schedules and coordinate with Marketing, Innovation, Product, Legal, and Compliance teams (among others) to ensure content accuracy and consistency. Aggregate regional thought leadership and integrate into global content assets. Guide integration of content into the PIM platform and align with communications. Collaborate on expanding the main website and country-level sites, and lead project tracking for legacy site transitions. Maintain project plans, status updates, and stakeholder communications for web activities, ensuring PIM and website workflow alignment. Act as liaison between Commercial Content and Digital Content teams, facilitating meetings and content integration. Oversee internal and external resources, track KPIs, contribute to performance reporting, and escalate risks with solutions. What You Need To Succeed
5–8 years’ experience in project management, marketing operations, or digital content coordination. Experience with cross-functional teams in global organizations. Strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with CMS platforms, PIM systems, and digital processes. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
